Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
An 8-week evidence-based mindfulness programme to help you develop practical tools for meeting stress, change and the challenges of everyday life with greater awareness and ease.
MBSR is an 8-week mindfulness programme developed by Professor Jon-Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in the late 1970s.
Through guided mindfulness practices, gentle movement, group discussion and home practice, you’ll explore how you relate to thoughts, emotions, stress and everyday experiences - developing practical skills that can support greater awareness and resilience.
