Four-week programme

Week 1 - The Foundations
An introduction to the core principles of mindfulness and how a simple daily practice can help build steadiness under pressure. You’ll leave with practical techniques you can use immediately, both in and out of the workplace.

Week 2 - Stress & Response
Explore how stress shows up in the body and mind, and the difference between reacting on autopilot and responding with awareness. We’ll introduce simple tools to help you notice stress earlier and meet it with more ease.

Week 3 - Creative Listening
A closer look at how mindfulness can change the way we communicate under pressure, particularly during difficult or high-stakes conversations. You’ll practise ways of listening fully, before reacting.

Week 4 - Living with Awareness
Bringing the previous three weeks together, this final session focuses on building a sustainable practice that can continue beyond the programme. You’ll leave with a personal toolkit to support your wellbeing longer-term.
