Sound Sessions

Whether experienced on their own or alongside mindfulness practice, Sound Sessions offer a gentle opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, settle the nervous system and enjoy a period of rest and relaxation.

I’ve spent over 20 years in sports broadcasting, producing coverage of major international sporting events, and was part of a BAFTA award-winning production team, where working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments demanded collaboration, creativity and resilience.

Alongside this career, mindfulness became an important source of balance and perspective. What began as a personal practice gradually grew into a passion for sharing mindfulness with others.

Today, alongside my work in sports broadcasting, I teach mindfulness and lead sound-supported relaxation sessions, bringing a genuine understanding of the pressures many people experience in modern working life.
